An active coach and mentor in the lacrosse community, Kelsey Shewbridge has been teaching the game since 2014. A combination of coaching private lessons to middle & high school athletes and college coaching has given Shewbridge experience with various ages and skill levels. A genuine passion for lacrosse and player development drives her forward.

Shewbridge has the following certifications: NASM personal trainer & AHA CPR/AED
1-on-1 training provides you with personalized instruction and direct feedback. The first session begins with an evaluation of your speed, agility and fundamental skills. From there, we build training sessions that match your specific needs. Major areas of development include lacrosse-specific body movements, stick skills, speed, form and field vision.
This style of training provides opportunities to work with and compete against other athletes in an energetic environment. You can expect to gain a better understanding and execution of field sense and awareness. Pieces of the game, like help defense, double teams, 1v1s, draw controls and more are better understood when you have several athletes training together.
