The Medina Sports Training Center is pleased to bring you Sports Performance and Strength Training. Our certified, expert trainer, Coach Travis Lombardozzi provides the instruction, support, and accountability that athletes need to stay on track and meet their strength and conditioning goals.
The Speed & Agility Clinic is designed to build, develop, and improve functionality and agility of athletes in all sports. Girls and Boys - all sport disciplines benefit. Clinic will focus on:
• Speed
• Agility
• Quickness
• Balance
• Coordination
• Cardiovascular Conditioning
• Core Strength
• Self Confidence
60 min class each week, 4 weeks
· February: Saturdays: 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, &3/11
· Ages 10-14: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
· Ages 8-10: 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Speed and agility training are not one in the same. To reach maximum performance levels, an athlete must train and condition for strength, speed, and agility. Strength and power are the foundations to speed and agility development. When it comes to speed and agility training programs, your most effective tool is strength training.
Small-Group and Team rates will vary.

Minimum class size is 4. Max class size is 10. Classes under 4 converts to semi-private coaching with cost equivalent sessions.
