Front Desk Associate

Job Overview:  The Front Desk Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the facility. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries about services, programs, and scheduling.
  • Check-In & Registration: Manage the check-in process for clients arriving for sessions, classes, and events. Ensure client information is accurately entered into the system.
  • Scheduling & Appointments: Handle booking and rescheduling of training sessions, classes, and appointments. Manage calendars for trainers and athletes.
  • Billing & Payments: Process payments for services, memberships, and merchandise. Handle inquiries related to billing and payment options.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in keeping the facility clean and orderly.
  • Communication: Relay important information to clients regarding changes to schedules, promotions, and upcoming events.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records. Handle emails, phone calls, and other communication tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with coaches, trainers, and management to support the needs of clients and ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Great communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and/or weekends 

Requirements:

  • Must be 15 years of age or older.
  • High School students MUST NOT PLAY SPRING SPORTS.

Job Overview: We’re on the lookout for a passionate Fastpitch Softball Pitching Instructor to join our team! If you have a strong background in fastpitch softball and a knack for teaching pitching, we want to hear from you. You’ll be working with players of all skill levels, helping them improve their pitching techniques and overall game performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach pitching lessons to individuals and small groups, focusing on fundamentals and strategy.
  • Assess players’ skills and give helpful feedback to guide their improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and drills in fastpitch softball.
  • Build a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages teamwork and growth.
  • Keep in touch with players and their parents about progress and development.
  • Work with MSTC staff to create classes, camps and run team practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience playing or coaching fastpitch softball, with a focus on pitching.
  • A solid understanding of pitching fundamentals and game strategies.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to connect with young athletes.
  • A positive attitude that inspires and motivates players.

Requirements:

  • Previous playing and or coaching experience.
  • No longer playing in college.

Softball Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Softball Director to lead our softball programs and oversee all aspects of training, coaching, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in playing and/or coaching softball, a commitment to athlete development, and excellent leadership skills. This is a part-time position that can grow with the program. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for players of all skill levels, including youth, high school, rec and travel players.
  • Operations: Work with MSTC staff to coordinate training schedules for softaball classes, camps, lessons and facility rentals. Recruit, train and manage a staff of qualified instructors.
  • Events Coordination: Organize and oversee camps, clinics and lessons ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
  • Coaching: Provide instruction in softball fundamentals to players through camps, clinics and lessons. Organize and conduct coaches clinics. Have a deep understanding of coaching philosophies, softball fundamentals and strategies as well as the latest in training technology and trends. 
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local schools, clubs, and organizations to promote the facility and its programs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with MSTC staff to develop promotional content and campaigns to attract new players and increase facility visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Previous collegiate playing experience.
  • Previous coaching experience.
  • A detailed understanding of the youth softball landscape.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, athletes, and parents.
  • Passion for teaching and developing young athletes.
