Parties

• Parties and events at MSTC include the exclusive use of the corresponding package indoor turf fields and the waiting/reception area for the designated time. 
• The Iron Mikes, vending, non-rented turf, front desk & restrooms will remain open for other customers who may visit during your time. If you are looking for private use of the entire facility, please contact us. 
• Provided tokens are good for use in the Iron Mike Pitching/Batting cages which offers speeds from 40-70 mph as well as fastpitch and slowpitch softball. 1 token equals 10 pitches.  More tokens can be purchased as needed during event.
• We do have limited sports equipment for use, i.e. bases, misc. kickballs, footballs, cones, etc, please inquire if you have questions & you're welcome to bring your own - i.e cornhole, spike ball, kanjam etc...please confirm before others not listed.  
• Early access for set-up or decorating can typically be accommodated, but may have some restrictions based on facility availability at time of rental.
• We ask that you please respect your allotted rental time for both use & clean-up. 
• You are required to clean up and return facility space to original layout/condition prior to rental.
• You can bring your own food/drink/dessert/decorations but clean-up will be required to avoid a cleaning fee.
• Table layout in reception are can be modified, but must be returned to original setup.
• Decorations are for tables and walls, cannot be attached to netting, shelves, trophies, tv's etc. and must easily remove not causing damage or leaving any residue to avoid additional fees. 
• Absolutely no cleats, food, candy, drinks, dessert, gum, cake, etc on Turf!
• You are responsible for the control, oversight and safety during activities of guests attending your event.
