Flexible schedule allows players to attend around game and team practices.

Keep your swing sharp with the Hitting Maintenance Program (HMP). The HMP is designed to keep players in shape while offering a flexible schedule designed to work around game and practice schedules. 

Drill work will be focused on reinforcing hitting fundamentals, body control, timing and the mental approach to hitting. 

Each player will receive individual work with Coach Mark Thomas

You choose any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday class.

All Star Package  10 classes = $250

WHERE:  Held at the Medina Sports Training Center

 Learn all aspects of the game like hitting, pitching, fielding, situational play, sliding, cutoffs and relay’s, rundowns, popup priorities and much more. Players will also have fun competing in skills competitions and daily wiffleball games.

 This is an intensive program for dedicated baseball players looking to dramatically improve their skills and understanding of the game. 

Choose to attend 3 weeks, 2 weeks or 1 week!

What we will work on:

· Position specific training

· Situational training and awareness 

· Video analysis 

· Mental training and awareness

· Baserunning

· Sliding

· And so much more…

**Throwing will be closely monitored and regulated to ensure players are not worn out for their games later in the day.
